- 5 / 5By Tom HeaveyThis is a gem, and has the best pub roast I've tried. We visited after a Sunday walk with my mum and girlfriend as it sounded good online. From the outside it looks okay but not great, as the sign is a bit basic. However, inside there is lovely mixture of modern and rustic and it is well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a nice attitude and served us even though we arrived at 7pm, which is when the kitchen closes. Our food was delicious, and came on tasteful pottery. Overall, great building with lovely staff and delicious food with a mouthwatering menu. Will hopefully return again.October 01, 2016
